Pulse integration privacy notice
This notice describes the Pulse Analytics AI integration. Contact: support@mypulseanalytics.com. Updated 26 October 2026.
Data used to connect
Pulse uses your signed-in account identity, connection/client identity, approved scopes, authorization and token lifecycle records, and subscription capabilities to authenticate requests, enforce access and support revocation. Never paste a password or token into a conversation.
Data shared with your chosen assistant
After authorization, requested tools can return account holdings, trades, cash, portfolio history, performance, risk, import-quality indicators and hypothetical scenario results within your approved scopes and entitlements. These responses are sent to the AI service you connect. That service processes conversations and tool results under its own terms, privacy settings and retention rules. Review those before connecting. Raw statement files are not provided by these tools.
Operations and security
The service runs on Cloudflare and uses Pulse's Supabase backend for account authorization and data. Network IP addresses are used for request rate limits; account identity is used for user limits. Operational telemetry records request IDs, tool/method names, result classes, timestamps, timing and response sizes. The MCP application logging policy excludes portfolio payloads, statements and tokens. Security/connection records support abuse prevention and revocation. This notice does not promise that infrastructure logs or the AI host retain no data.
Retention and revocation
Account data follows the Pulse account lifecycle; connecting does not create a separate imported portfolio. Authorization records are maintained for connection operation, expiry and revocation. The configured security-event purge targets records older than 395 days in bounded scheduled batches; this is not a guarantee of immediate deletion at that age. Revoking access prevents future authorized reads but does not erase earlier responses or conversations held by your AI service.
Your choices and requests
Manage access in Connected Apps, disconnect the client, and contact support@mypulseanalytics.com for privacy questions, correction or deletion requests. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send sensitive financial documents with an initial request. For copies retained by your AI service, use that service's own privacy and deletion controls.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers this integration rather than every feature of the Pulse website. Contact support with privacy questions about your intended use before sharing sensitive data.
